Again, we slept in a little bit due to the short drive that day. Ate breakfast at the hotel lobby.  We gathered our belongings and hit the road at about 9:15. We followed Interstate 35 most of the way back to Roseville.  Along the way, going in the opposite direction I saw a car towing a car towing a car.  That was a weird sight.  As we approached Bloomington, we drove by the park where we had spent the summer and discovered that three motorhomes were still there.  We stopped at the post office to get our mail one last time and closed the PO Box.  We reached the home of our good friends, Bob and Jeanine Maiden, who had offered their second bedroom to us while we were in the cities. We unloaded the truck which took quite a few trips as Brian needed to bring his calling equipment for an upcoming dance. We both grabbed a quick nap before supper. Jeanine had brought home some pizza for supper and then we changed into square dance clothes for the dance at Cambridge Corners that evening. We got into Jeanine’s new van after fellow dancers, Tom and Don, arrived.  Along the way to Cambridge, we stopped to pick up Doris and Sue and headed north. Along the way we saw a dead deer that must have been hit by a car and almost hit a deer ourselves. And this is in the city, not out in the countryside. Tom Allen was calling the dance in Cambridge, and it was great to see so many square dance friends at the dance.  Many were surprised to see us. He called a great dance and we went home tired.
