We woke up at 7:00 for breakfast. I had gathered all the necessary paperwork the night before so that chore was done. I took a quick shower and we headed to the place that is being used as our new mailing address. We said our hellos at the office and got our first piece of mail. They helped us with paperwork and addresses to visit to accomplish the address change. We drove to Alexandria to get new driver’s licenses. There was a very helpful clerk in Alexandria. We told her the reason for our visit and she handed us a plastic bag and a syringe for our blood tests. She indicated that we could us the same syringe for the blood draw. We all had a good laugh over this suggestion. We passed the eye test and got our new driver’s license right away.

We then drove to Mitchell to transfer the title of the truck and the motorhome. Lots of paperwork and questions to transfer the titles. But we think everything is good. We ordered personalized plates for the truck so we couldn’t pick those up today. We took a back road to return to the campground and saw an outbuilding that had the front end of a Model A sticking out the side of the building. Brian put the plates on the motorhome and the temporary sticker on the truck.
